Logline
Harlem, 1958. During an epidemic of crime and poverty, African-American surgeon, Dr. John Cordice, struggles against racism to attain significance. When Martin Luther King Jnr. is stabbed by Izola Curry, a woman suffering from schizophrenia, Cordice is forced to battle the will of powerful men to save King’s life and alter the fate of the nation.
